Our Crew
Randy Malone - Owner
Randy has been in the construction industry for many years, starting in his father's commercial millwork shop as a teenager. After his father sold the company, the two of them started T&R Designs, LLC, providing custom cabinets and countertops, which is still in operation & thriving. Randy started general contracting in 2009 and his passion and knowledge in the industry has grown at a rapid pace from there. 8M hit it's stride in 2018 with a string of investment property flips, giving Randy the sure footing he needed to grow the company into what it is today. 8M Construction is actively remodeling & building multiple projects all over the North Texas area. Randy is very passionate about his family. He is happily married to Vanessa Malone and they have 6 amazing kids. They homeschool their children and teach conservative Christian values. Vanessa is actively building a direct sales business while being at home with her kids. They both are modeling for their children an entrepreneurial lifestyle.
Billy Martin - General Contractor & Project Manager
Billy started working in the construction industry with J & S Contractors in 1999 and continued for around 10 years. Billy took a break for a few years from construction to work as a safety personal in the oil field industry. Billy began working with Randy in different roles in 2013 but has been filling the role of general contractor and project manager in remodels and new construction in the more recent years. Jacque, Billy's wife, has been working for J & S Contractors since 1999 and continues to work there while homeschooling their three wonderful children.
